The Game Room Club Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. It is The Game Room Club's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through our app, The Game Room Club App.

Our app may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

Your User Rights

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Account Deletion

You retain the right at any time to delete your user data or request that we delete your data. You may delete your user data by logging into your account and entering your profile settings. In profile settings you may deactivate or delete your account. Deactivation maintains your data but suspends the use of your account. Deletion removes all user data including your username and any data you have uploaded over the course of the life of your account. If you select the option to delete your account through your profile your data will be deleted immediately. Alternatively you may also email us at info@thegameroomclub.com to request your user data be deleted. If you email us to request deletion it must be from the email address associated with the account that is to be deleted. We will process the account deletion within 7 calendar days and in accordance with the applicable privacy laws of the United States.
